Assignment:
Design and create a low power, battery and solar based, real-time ePaper traffic information system, no installation needed, for MultiQ’s customer Movia.

Result:
MpicoSys delivered a complete system comprising of both hardware and backend software as a service (SaaS), run by MpicoSys. The electronic signs were installed early 2015 by our partner MultiQ, now servicing 200+ bus stops downtown Copenhagen.

ePAPER INFORMATION WALL UNITED NATIONS

Assignment:
Design and create an ePaper wall to show scheduling, news and other relevant information in the United Nations North Delegates Lounge in New York. Part of the renovation of the lounge, designed by the architects of the Office of Metropolitan Architecture (OMA).

Result:
2014: MpicoSys delivered and installed a 6-meter wide ePaper display, consisting of a total of 231 tiled 7.4” displays. Content publishing is handled via an on-premises version of PicoSign Server.

CASALA NO POWER CHAIR NUMBERING SYSTEM

Assignment:
Design and create a no power, no battery, ePaper based numbering system for chairs. Including plug and play hand-held programmer to change numbers.

Result:
Designed, manufactured and delivering a system consisting of battery-less chair tags and a handheld battery-operated programming device. Latest version has recently been installed in Westminster Abbey, London.
