Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) conclusion and performance of a contract/order, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
b) fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Controller under tax, accounting, and other legal regulations, based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
c) potential establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller).

KLAUZULA INFORMACYJNA DLA KONTRAHENTÓW

Zgodnie z art. 13 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (RODO) informujemy, iż:

Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest MpicoSys - Embedded Pico Systems Sp. z o.o.; aleja Zwycięstwa 96 / 98; 81-451 Gdynia oraz MpicoSys Solutions BV, Flight Forum 40, 5657 DB Eindhoven, The Netherlands
W sprawach dotyczących przetwarzania danych osobowych oraz realizacji praw wynikających z RODO należy kontaktować się z Administratorem poprzez adres e-mail: rodo@mpicosys.com lub listownie na adres administratora.
Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w następujących celach:
1. zawarcia i wykonania umowy/zamówienia, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO,
2. wypełnienia obowiązków prawnych ciążących na Administratorze, wynikających z przepisów prawa podatkowego, rachunkowego oraz innych przepisów prawa, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO,
3. ewentualnego ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony przed roszczeniami, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do realizacji prawnie usprawiedliwionego interesu Administratora).
Dane osobowe mogą być pozyskiwane bezpośrednio od Pani/Pana lub przekazane przez Pani/Pana pracodawcę, z którym administrator zawarł umowę (dotyczy to służbowych danych kontaktowych niezbędnych do realizacji umowy).
Odbiorcami Pani/Pana danych osobowych mogą być podmioty uczestniczące w realizacji zamówienia/umowy: firmy spedycyjne, obsługa prawna, techniczna i księgowa, operatorzy systemów płatności elektronicznych oraz banki, organy uprawnione do otrzymania danych osobowych na podstawie przepisów prawa.
Pani/Pana dane osobowe przechowywane będą 5 lat od zakończenia roku wykonania umowy/zamówienia (lub dłużej, jeśli wynikać to będzie z obowiązujących przepisów prawa) lub do dnia upływu terminu przedawnienia roszczeń - w zależności od tego, który okres jest dłuższy.
Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do danych osobowych, prawo do ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych.
Ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą podlegały zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji, w tym profilowaniu.

Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich ani do organizacji międzynarodowych.
Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednak niezbędne do zawarcia i realizacji umowy lub zamówienia.
